ABOUT AMANDA SCHULL

Amanda is a Ballet dancer who is also a fantastic actress. Her performance on screen in the 2000 movie "Center Stage" comes across as being very heart felt and believable. Her character is very believable and she played a realistic roll.

Amanda was born on the 26th of August in 1978 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA and attended the Punahou School from where she graduated in 1996.

As well as being a great dancer, Amanda is a talented actress. This was evident when she hit the mainstream movie goers eye as a leading cast member in the movie length film Center Stage. Amanda played the roll of Jody Sawyer, a young dancer working to become the best dancer she can possibly be while defeating the pressures of elitism. Center Stage is a movie about a group of hopeful young dancers and their struggle to follow their dream and get a place in the elite dancing studio. The movie hit cinemas in the year 2000 and was being shot while she was still an apprentice with SFB..

In real life, Amanda is a member of the corps de ballet with the San Fransico Ballet. She was name apprentice in 1999 and joined SFB in 2000.
